Garden Blogger's Bloom Day was warm, sunny and very windy. A good combination to suck the juices right out of the plants! There is no way to keep up with watering in this kind of weather and some of the plants are showing the effect of drought. Maybe we'll have a thunderstorm with a bit of rain this evening but, if not, attention will be turned to other gardening chores and some garden reading. Lots in bloom right now. I'll let the pictures speak!

Pool border-this is newly planted with daylilies and lilium with a few zinnia thrown in and that delphinium which has been in for a couple of years.
The barn border-best from far away!

Delphinium...I can't resist diving in here!
